We charge 50% cancellation fee for any cancellation with less than 24 hour notice , 100 % for a no show appointment. 

Future appointments will then be reserved by credit card only.

We kindly ask, that if you have an appointment with us and your child does not, other arrangements be made for their care or at the salon's discretion the appointment may be rescheduled. This policy allows your stylist to cater to your needs without distraction or interruption.
